Extension

The students of the department are exposed to the community through NSS and CSS activities.  Almost all students are members of the NSS and they are participating in its regular activities and special camps.

Faculty Extension Activities:

1. Dr. Gopalakrishnan M.B

• Served as State level Resource Person for training College teachers about restructuring undergraduate education organised by Kerala State Higher Education Council.
• Served as Observor in the micro- level data collection about Scheduled Tribes in Malappuram District organised by SC/ST Department in collaboration with Kerala Institute of Local Administration,(KILA) Thrissur.
• Served as Team Leader of Kerala in the National Integration Camp of N.S.S in Chennai in 2000 organised by Department of Youth Affairs, Govt. of Kerala.
• Served as Master Trainer, Census-2001 conducted by Govt. of India.

2. Dr Rajeev Thomas
